Responsibilities
Be the product subject matter expert, leveraging deep technical and business domain expertise to guide strategy and execution
Lead complex initiatives and cross-functional teams, applying advanced analytical thinking to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions
Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap development (3–18 months) to delivery, launch, and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and customer needs
Champion client engagement and feedback through transparent communication, managing expectation during development, and ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction
Develop and launch products into the market, ensuring readiness, successful adoption, and achievement of defined business objectives
Drive product strategy and profitability by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing market intelligence, and prioritizing features to maximize value and achieve OKRs
Partner with external organizations to build capabilities and competencies, enabling differentiated product offerings and accelerating innovation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 7 years experience working in a product management capacity, managing multiple products through the full product life cycle
Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices as well as the ability to learn/use applicable tools and processes
Experience in strategic planning, project lifecycle management, portfolio management, compliance, and change management
Ability to collaborate and deliver results cross-functionally
Highly proficient in owning product processes, engaging/influencing audiences, building relationships, to achieve broader organizational goals
Strong knowledge and application of both theoretical and practical aspects of product management, including various product management tools and techniques
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in teams across the organization with multiple stakeholders and to influence and align others
