About the role
- Take leadership in creating and executing the product strategy
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and senior leadership team
- Develop and implement an execution plan for delivering product strategy
- Lead the product design and development process
- Create and manage the product roadmap
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning
- Build and lead a high-performing product squad
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) to measure product success
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Fintech product development
- Ability to communicate clearly, in a structured way, and persuasively to a wide range of audiences
- Track record of growing successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast growing technology company
- Data driven, commercially savvy, passionate about metrics, and intellectually honest about how your work is performing
- B2B Saas product management experience
- Knowledge of FX and Hedging Products
- Knowledge of European cross-border payments / e-wallets
- Experience of working for a start-up/scale up
