- Foster strong relationships with key customers, gathering deep insights and feedback to shape product enhancements and future offerings.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop impactful go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- Outstanding strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
- Mastery of complex hardware and software systems.
- Ability to communicate across the organization, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to convey critical information and processes in a clear and concise fashion.
- Product development leadership experience, including demonstrated examples of management through influence as well as collaboration in a complex, multi-cultural global environment, building a culture of accountability.
- Outstanding organizational and innovation skills.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration, video systems, audio systems and related topics.
