- 5+ years of experience in product management within HR technology or enterprise SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Workday Recruiting
- Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution
- Exceptional organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
