Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, SMB, or growth-oriented products.
Proven track record driving measurable customer acquisition or list-building growth.
Deep empathy for small business owners, creators, and early entrepreneurs.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: lead capture, landing pages, automation, and CRM flows.
Highly collaborative — able to influence and align across Core Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
Comfortable operating at different altitudes: defining vision while executing on iterative experiments.
Data-driven decision maker who uses experimentation and metrics to guide prioritization.
