About the role

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Campaigns and Content.
  • Build simple, audience growth first experiences for Campaigns and Content.
  • Facilitate the ideation, validation, and delivery of customer value.
  • Optimize how early users capture leads and transition into email marketing.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth to ship features.
  • Identify the biggest opportunities to grow adoption and engagement using insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, SMB, or growth-oriented products.
  • Proven track record driving measurable customer acquisition or list-building growth.
  • Deep empathy for small business owners, creators, and early entrepreneurs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: lead capture, landing pages, automation, and CRM flows.
  • Highly collaborative — able to influence and align across Core Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.
  • Comfortable operating at different altitudes: defining vision while executing on iterative experiments.
  • Data-driven decision maker who uses experimentation and metrics to guide prioritization.
  • Excited by fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environments.
