About the role

  • Media Asset & Content Product Coordinator supporting QVC UK by managing asset coordination and product timelines. Working with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely processing of media submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise primarily with the Platform Strategy and Execution team to keep them informed of all incoming materials.
  • Maintain broadcast-quality standards by ensuring all media processed is fit for purpose.
  • Update and maintain accurate metadata, status tracking, and workflow information across our databases and systems (primarily Elements and Jira).
  • Build and manage product process timelines for each campaign and event, ensuring all parties understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively on continuous improvement of workflows with the Platform Strategy team.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of managing processes involving several stakeholders and multiple deliverables, including risk management.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and Elements is preferable, but full training will be provided.
  • Agility. While most days follow a steady routine, there are times when deadlines are tight and priorities shift quickly. Your calm approach and reliability will be key to keeping everything on track.
