About the role

  • Overseeing and directing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a strategic level.
  • Ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function.
  • Managing procurement projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives.
  • Monitoring and controlling purchasing costs and seeking cost-saving opportunities.
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with suppliers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and collaborating on improvements to ensure a reliable and responsive supply chain.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and project management.
  • Experience with ERP software and reporting tools (SAP Preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
