About the role

- Verantwortung für die operative und taktische Beschaffung in allen relevanten Warengruppen
- Sicherstellung effizienter und regelkonformer Beschaffungsprozesse (Compliance, ESG, Vergaberecht)
- Steuerung des operativen Vergabe- und Vertragsmanagements (einschließlich SektVO/VgV)
- Optimierung von Beschaffungskosten und Total-Cost-of-Ownership
- Entwicklung, Bewertung und Überwachung von Lieferanten (Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Nachhaltigkeit)
- Eskalationsmanagement bei Lieferstörungen oder Qualitätsthemen
- Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit regionalen und überregionalen Dienstleistern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energiewirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Führungserfahrung im Einkauf
- Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht (SektVO/VgV) von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP S/4HANA sowie digitalen Beschaffungslösungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Analysefähigkeiten
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
