About the role

  • Propose updates to hospital price tables in accordance with internal policies, regulations and market trends
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies for procedures, packages and hospital contracts
  • Analyze the financial impact of different reimbursement models and recommend strategic alternatives
  • Support negotiations with health insurers/operators
  • Implement pricing methodologies that balance financial sustainability with market competitiveness
  • Validate price tables and audit amounts that are not updated or not negotiated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related quantitative fields
  • Proficiency in Power BI and databases (Databricks, Oracle and SQL)
  • Expertise in healthcare pricing models (fee-for-service, package pricing, bundles, DRG, capitation and hybrid models)
  • Familiarity with procedure, materials and medication tariff/code tables (CBHPM, TUSS, AMB, ANS and internal hospital tables)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site) – Taquaral
  • Residence in Campinas or surrounding region.
