Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, personnel administration, payroll, reporting, and contract management
End-to-end recruiting process: from intake meetings, job postings, and active sourcing to candidate management, conducting interviews and hiring decisions
Continuously develop the HR system (Personio) and ensure efficient processes
First point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance of HR processes and policies in line with company culture
Further develop internal policies and communicate transparently within the team
Drive HR projects, process optimizations and the development of HR structures
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least five years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role in a dynamic environment
Solid knowledge of human resource management, ideally with payroll experience
Good understanding of German employment law
Confident use of HRIS systems (preferably Personio)
Experience implementing HR projects
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Initial leadership experience is a plus — alternatively the drive to grow into such a role
