About the role

  • Develop and implement a company-wide People Strategy aligned with our mission, business goals, and organizational structure
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the C-level on all people-related topics
  • Supervise contract and HR operations, ensuring compliance and consistency across regions
  • Collaborate with Finance to facilitate payroll across multiple markets (EU/UK/US)
  • Facilitate all administrative sides of people management
  • Design and implement clear processes and frameworks for employee development, performance management, and leadership growth
  • Lead and improve employee engagement efforts, including surveys, feedback loops, and internal communications
  • Foster and role-model a values-driven, inclusive culture, supporting alignment and collaboration across all teams
  • Manage and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a strong candidate experience and structured onboarding/offboarding
  • Manage the P&C budget and ensure efficient, scalable processes that support sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture / HR, including senior or leadership roles
  • A track record of driving meaningful organizational development, leadership growth, and change initiatives
  • Solid understanding of employment law, compliance, and international HR operations
  • A thoughtful and adaptable working style, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and move confidently between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution
  • An instinct for navigating complexity - you’re someone who can bring clarity, structure, and forward momentum even in evolving or ambiguous environments
  • Strong relational skills and a natural ability to connect across teams and levels, fostering collaboration and alignment
  • A proactive approach to building frameworks and solutions that not only address immediate needs but also scale effectively
  • Experience managing performance and development cycles, and familiarity with tools like BambooHR, Notion, and Slack
  • A genuine interest in supporting creative professionals and contributing to an environment where people can do their best work
  • Fluent German skills (C1 level) to manage administrative and HR-related topics.
