About the role
- Analyzing and curating educational content while collaborating with authors and maintaining pedagogical quality at Bernoulli Educação. Engage with cross-functional teams to innovate educational materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform activities related to the critical analysis, curation, and adaptation of content.
- Communicate with authors, providing guidance on content assignments.
- Issue technical reports and provide feedback to authors, suggesting, requesting, and implementing revisions to materials.
- Ensure conceptual, didactic, and methodological accuracy of assessments and practice exams to guarantee theoretical and pedagogical quality and compliance with the institution's educational guidelines.
- Conduct data gathering and analysis.
- Liaise with other production departments.
- Participate in and contribute to technical meetings.
- Request improvements to publications and drive product innovation.
- Contribute to training, development, and continuous education for junior and mid-level analysts.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the subject area (disciplinary and pedagogical), with mastery of teaching methodologies, secondary education regulatory documents and the BNCC (Brazilian National Common Curricular Base), and assessment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Physics (Licenciatura or BSc).
- A lato sensu postgraduate specialization is considered a desirable plus.
- Required experience in authorship, teaching, or working in publishing.
- Knowledge of an additional language is desirable.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
