Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the business goals of GBG
Manage our most strategically important partnership opportunities in the region, both existing and new, and own executive level relationships.
Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, professional service firms, and other relevant organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, pre-sales and legal, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives, especially and starting with existing key partnerships.
Monitor, analyse and drive the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and proactively present recommendations to HoS and SLT.
Build, nurture and lead a world class team and ensure they are set up for success internally and with external stakeholders
Requirements
Experience in successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances or channel sales, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS/Software or financial services.
Track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills - to navigate complex commercial discussions to ensure the best outcome for GBG.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, to communicate strategy, project expectations and progress effectively.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
