About the role

  • Senior Paid Performance Marketing Lead managing digital media strategy across key markets. Driving brand growth and measurable ROI with full-funnel digital media planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Nelsons’ digital media strategy and its execution across key markets.
  • Manage full-funnel digital media planning, buying, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization across platforms.
  • Prove the business case for increased digital investment by demonstrating clear commercial returns.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel digital media strategies for brand portfolio.
  • Build and manage media campaigns ensuring tight connection between upper and lower funnel activities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focusing on performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Manage budget allocations, pacing, and performance across platforms and funnel stages.
  • Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights through robust performance dashboards and reporting.
  • Partner closely with Regional Marketing Leads and eCommerce Key Account Managers.
  • Report to the Group Marketing Director and play an active role in building capability development roadmap for digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization — ideally across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok and Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and full-funnel strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and driving measurable ROI.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking tools, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in French or German language
