Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the CRM Operations and CRM Tech teams
Develop and manage the CRM campaign roadmap
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Write detailed briefs to direct copy, design, segmentation, testing and personalisation
Lead on CRM projects within the team
Support the continuous improvement of our CRM strategy
Report on campaign performance
Use insights and learnings to build plans for continuously improved communications
Maintain detailed documentation of campaign plans, processes, and outcomes
Requirements
Experience working within a CRM function in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of CRM and retention concepts
Familiarity with major CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
Comfortable working in campaign planning and ideation rather than hands-on technical execution
Passionate about customer retention and delivering engaging, relevant customer communications
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, multi-location team environment
Intellectually curious, passionate and always looking for new opportunities
French language skills are desirable but not essential
