Responsibilities
Build and maintain a reporting framework to measure marketing and sales KPIs
Implement dashboards for real-time insights (HubSpot) for management and teams
Optimize the existing HubSpot CRM as the central hub for all marketing processes and data

Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field
Initial practical experience in performance marketing or growth, ideally in a startup
Strong knowledge of HubSpot
Excellent analytical skills and confident use of tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker
