About the role

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Business Instructors, providing coaching and support to enhance company and team member performance
  • Lead strategic planning and team alignment efforts, including delegation, goal setting, and performance monitoring
  • Lead or support training-related projects, including onboarding, system rollouts, and process changes
  • Serve as a liaison between the training team and business leaders to align training with operational priorities
  • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and learner feedback; implement improvements as needed
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workload balancing for the training team
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and project teams to design, develop, and enhance training programs
  • Oversee the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational and developmental priorities

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years of training experience or a combination of facilitation and subject matter expertise across multiple enterprise layers
  • Previous supervisory experience with proven ability to coach, train, and motivate employees
  • Experience with virtual and in-person training tools and technologies
  • Strong facilitation skills across multiple audience levels
  • Deep understanding of business practices and ability to apply insights to training outcomes
  • Preferred Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
