Responsibilities
Collaborate proactively with leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
Create and maintain operational plans, ensuring transparency in performance.
Provide data-driven insights that steer strategic and tactical decisions.
Design and monitor key operational KPIs and drive accountability.
Lead and support the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
Prepare compelling operational analyses that highlight risks and opportunities.
Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational and finance teams.
Identify and implement enhancements in reporting, tools, and processes.
Provide analytical guidance and model potential scenarios.
Contribute to key initiatives by crafting quantitative analyses and business cases.
Support decision-making by building robust cases for investment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis, operations finance, or FP&A, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain contexts.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, operational metrics, and financial planning cycles (budget, forecast, variance analysis).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly favored.
Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear narratives that drive business decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Understanding of SAP data structures for effective analysis and reporting.
Experience building interactive Tableau dashboards tracking KPIs, revenue streams, COGS, OPEX, and CAPEX.
Ability to develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and operational forecasting.
MBA preferred.
Experience with manufacturing finance, including standard costing and variance analysis.
Proficiency in data visualization tools for operational reporting.
Proven track record in capital investment analysis and ROI modeling.
Experience leading cross-functional finance and operations initiatives.
Strong storytelling skills, effectively turning data into insights for senior leadership.
Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
