About the role
- Senior Analyst focusing on business innovation and strategy in healthcare at Strattner. Conducting market studies and developing financial business plans for medical technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor studies to support the launch of new technologies and the evaluation of current product lines;
- Perform market sizing analyses, competitor mapping, market share assessment, and identification of trends in the healthcare sector;
- Support the sourcing and prospecting of new technologies and international partners that reinforce Strattner's positioning as a leader in medical equipment;
- Develop the go-to-market strategy for new technologies, including customer segmentation, value proposition, pricing strategy, and target customers;
- Prepare financial Business Plans for the first 3 to 5 years of the technology, with revenue, cost, expense and CAPEX projections to evaluate project feasibility and return;
- Support the review of portfolio line strategies that are not performing according to initial plans, identifying repositioning opportunities;
- Work in partnership with internal Product, Pricing and Sales teams, ensuring consistent technical and financial evaluations of opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Preferred degrees: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Biomedicine or related fields;
- Professional experience in New Business, Market Intelligence, Corporate Innovation, Strategic Consulting, Finance, M&A or Venture Capital;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong analytical ability and strategic reasoning;
- Proficiency in advanced finance concepts and financial modeling;
- Strong communication skills.
