About the role

• Senior Marketing Growth Manager leading CRM and customer retention strategies in the travel industry. Collaborating on multichannel campaigns and optimizing customer journeys with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the multichannel CRM strategy focused on customer engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Design, test and optimize coupon and promotional initiatives, ensuring profitability and positive ROI.
• Analyze and interpret customer behavior and profile data to guide segmentations, triggers and personalized journeys.
• Map, structure and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve the experience.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to enhance paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Affiliates, Display, App).
• Define KPIs, build dashboards and conduct performance analyses, proposing data-driven action plans.
• Lead A/B tests and growth experiments, validating hypotheses and scaling learnings.
• Work collaboratively with Product, BI and Branding to ensure communication consistency and impact on business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Insider, Salesforce, Braze, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and journey personalization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience in A/B testing, customer segmentation and funnel optimization.
• Ability to read and analyze data for decision-making.
• 5+ years in Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing or related areas.
• Experience in digital companies, e-commerce, travel, fintech or marketplaces is a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Intermediate English and Spanish are desirable.
• Plus points:
• Knowledge of the tourism sector, travel tech or digital marketplaces.
• Experience with loyalty programs, cashback or retention initiatives.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
