Responsibilities
- Schedule and plan crew changes;
- Verify and control crew certifications;
- Manage payments to suppliers, agents, transportation providers, and others;
- Monitor embarkation periods and inform the payroll team about vacations, double shifts/overtime, and any potential additional payments;
- Maintain constant contact with the vessels under your management to identify any situation that may affect vessel performance;
- Be responsible for the controls and scheduling of training required by NRs (regulatory standards).
