About the role
- Senior Managing Consultant focusing on digital transformation in the insurance industry. Advising insurance companies on modernizing their core business systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise insurance companies on modernizing their operations IT
- Define the migration of core business to a central/core platform
- Define target applications and IT landscapes with a focus on insurance core systems
- Analyze business requirements for insurers' core processes and define solution designs
- Analyze and develop implementation options and coordinate with business and IT departments
- Integrate management analyses and define the functional and/or technical integration of the insurance core system with peripheral systems
- Analyze and visualize the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes
- Act as project manager / project lead in international teams
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in management consulting with a focus on insurance
- Strong expertise in implementing insurance core processes and solutions
- Experience in migration projects and an interest in modernizing complex insurance systems
- Excellent analytical and methodological skills
- Solid knowledge of project management (preferably agile) as well as organizing and facilitating workshops
