Responsibilities
Leadership, development and management of the Quality Management and Quality Assurance team (Engineering and Online Business)
Overall responsibility for all quality-related activities in OEM and online channels including international alignment for uniform standards
Further development of the quality strategy and establishment of a "First Time Right" and continuous improvement culture. This includes root cause analysis, process optimizations and deriving concrete measures
Planning, conducting and follow-up of supplier and customer audits as well as on-site development of our suppliers
Responsibility for initial sampling, ISIR/PPAP, series approvals, and conducting APQRs and quality reviews
Requirements
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a comparable field
5+ years of experience leading teams in international, multicultural and virtual environments
8+ years of professional experience in quality management, including root cause analysis, audits (internal/external) and product validation (ISIR, PPAP)
Strong knowledge of QMS and ERP systems
Certified Internal/Lead Auditor ISO 9001 (mandatory), ISO 14001 is a plus
Proficient in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen
