About the role

- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts
- Tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of the daily tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a related university degree or equivalent
- Enjoy customer service and maintain a strong customer focus; committed to delivering customer satisfaction
- Ideally, very good Excel skills
- Preferably experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance and public procurement law
- Comfortable with a team-oriented "we" mentality and our family-style working environment
