Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the broader Growth, Owner Relations, and Brand Portfolio teams.
Articulate Hyatt’s evolving growth strategy and demonstrate the value Hyatt delivers to current and prospective hotel owners.
Translate complex strategies, portfolio performance, and enterprise initiatives into compelling, data-driven narratives.
Partner closely with Growth and Development, Operations, Franchise & Owner Relations, B2B Marketing, and Commercial Services.
Deliver innovative and differentiated communications and go-to-market materials.
Requirements
8-10 years of progressive corporate communications experience; B2B stakeholder focus required (e.g., owners, developers, investors, franchisees).
Data-driven storyteller who can translate complex strategies and performance into clear, compelling owner value propositions.
Advanced writing and editing skills with proven ability to produce a wide range of materials and content (executive remarks, memos, newsletters, scripts).
High degree of personal and professional savvy to inspire confidence among audiences at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with detailed timelines and multiple stakeholders.
Travel/tourism/hospitality experience is a strong plus
