Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies to support and grow our partner ecosystem
Create joint marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement materials for channel partners
Manage allocation and utilization of marketing development funds (MDF) with partners
Collaborate with sales and partner teams to drive pipeline and revenue
Track and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
Support the development and execution of partner and customer advocacy programs, including securing references, testimonials, and case studies.
Design and implement field marketing programs that directly support channel and sales teams and pipeline generation
Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups
Develop territory-specific marketing strategies and tactics in partnership with regional channel and sales leadership
Create and manage field marketing tools, and collateral for channel and sales teams
Establish metrics and reports to measure field marketing effectiveness and sales impact
Manage budget allocation and ROI optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in B2B technology marketing, preferably in networking, cloud computing or enterprise software
Strong experience in field marketing and event management programs
Demonstrated success in developing channel marketing programs
Experience managing global marketing initiatives and cross-cultural teams
Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution
Startup experience with ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
