Lead SafeRide’s enterprise OKR process, ensuring company priorities are clear, measurable, and achieved
Establish and manage a business requirements intake program to align teams on goals, deliverables, and resourcing for major initiatives
Oversee site management and workplace operations, ensuring SafeRide’s offices run effectively and support a positive employee experience
Coordinate the Incident Management Team (IMT) and maintain readiness for critical response scenarios
Design and deliver company-wide events and experiences, from all-hands meetings to annual celebrations, that connect employees and reinforce mission-driven culture
Act as a connector and facilitator, bringing cross-functional teams together to solve problems, accelerate decisions, and maintain alignment
Provide clarity, structure, and follow-through on initiatives, including anticipating and addressing implied tasks that keep execution on track
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience
7+ years of operational, human resources, and/or project management experience within a complex or high-growth environment
Proven ability to design and implement processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, anticipate implied tasks, and keep stakeholders aligned to deliver results
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable bringing order to ambiguity
Preferred: Master's degree or 4 additional years of related business and/or operational experience
Preferred: Experience leading enterprise planning frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Scorecards, PMO)
Preferred: Background in readiness operations, crisis response, or similar experience managing complex, time-sensitive initiatives under pressure
Preferred: Experience planning and facilitating company-wide meetings or events that drive culture and connection
Preferred: Exposure to workplace operations, facilities management, or employee experience programs
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, military, or similar industries
Willing and able to work onsite 3+ days per week in San Antonio, TX
