About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs
  • Own Adobe’s top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention
  • Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management
  • Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives
  • Manage and inspire team to drive revenue growth across Adobe DX (FSI focus)

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles)
  • 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus)
  • Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI
  • Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
  • Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Based ideally in Frankfurt area or in one of our Adobe offices (Munich or Hamburg)
