Responsibilities
Support all deal management functions, including evaluating opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing rights, terms, and content windowing
Scheduling, prioritizing and optimizing Xumo Play’s expanding content library
Manage a roster of key content partners and lead discussions around partnership terms
Disseminating relevant contract summaries and partner updates across key internal stakeholders
Assist in updating and auditing documents and rights management for compliance
Analyze and evaluate trends in the industry, content performance, and consumer behavior
Collaborate on programming stunts and channel launches
Use data to support content success and scheduling strategies
Requirements
6-8 years experience in media and entertainment, preferably at a streaming platform
Experience working on media contracts – rev share, inventory split, license, etc.
Broad knowledge and passion for media, entertainment, and content
Ability to research and analyze data
Excellent project management, organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and manage partner expectations
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
