- Content & Media Lead for baesh, a Gen-Z Social Platform. Creating content strategies, managing social media, and driving genuine engagement in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Shoot and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues and everyday life in Berlin
- Produce talking‑head videos and voiceovers
- Develop short, fun, aesthetic‑first videos for Gen Z
- Social Media Management
- Regularly upload and schedule content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Community engagement via comments, replies and DMs
- Track performance and develop new ideas to grow followers
- Creative Leadership & Brand Consistency
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and content quality across channels
- Write short copy (EN/DE) for social media, emails and promo materials
- Team & Creator Management
- Lead future content interns
- Build and manage relationships with external creators, influencers, and UGC creators
Requirements
- Berlin-based: You know the culture, vibes and the events that matter.
- Proven content experience and an eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable being on camera (e.g., for talking‑head videos)
- Solid video and photo skills (professional equipment a plus, but iPhone is fine)
- Startup mindset: proactive, hands‑on and open to new things
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
