Responsibilities

  • Own a variety of content projects across ScalePad
  • Help define content strategy and manage creation process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand authority
  • End-to-end production of content marketing assets
  • Play a role in content distribution and optimization
  • Offer writing and editing support to other teams
  • Improve internal operations and manage external vendors

Requirements

  • Several years of content marketing experience for B2B and/or technical audiences at a software start-up or scale-up
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills across a number of content types and channels
  • Strategic planning and ideation experience
  • Creative marketing and promotion skills
  • Experience with common marketing tools
  • Experience leveraging AI tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles
  • Strong collaboration and creative consultation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
