About the role

  • Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and notices with a critical, multidisciplinary perspective. The Senior Lawyer will contribute to commercial, financial, operational, and regulatory decisions, support dispute resolution, and ensure that corporate practices comply with applicable law.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Solid experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating domestic and international corporate agreements.
  • Experience in corporate environments or law firms focusing on corporate, contract and regulatory law.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to review and negotiate contracts and technical documents in the language.
  • Strong knowledge of contract, civil, corporate, regulatory law, public procurement (bidding) and intellectual property.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal norms to commercial, financial and operational activities.
  • Experience liaising with partners, suppliers, clients and public authorities.
  • Familiarity with contract management and legal data tools, as well as interest or experience using automation technologies and artificial intelligence applied to law.
  • Critical thinking, agility and decisiveness in preparing legal analyses and opinions.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented profile with strong communication, persuasion and teamwork skills.
  • Innovative mindset, interested in optimizing processes, implementing digital solutions and promoting efficiency in legal workflows.
  • Proactivity and a sense of ownership, focused on risk mitigation and providing strategic support for business decisions.
