About the role

• Senior IT-Projektmanager/in leading complex IT projects along the supply chain for logistics-focused solutions at LOXXESS. Responsible for managing projects with a hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• You manage external partners, coordinate internal teams, and monitor timelines, budgets, and quality
• You oversee the implementation and continuous development of ERP, WMS, and SCM systems
• You actively drive digital transformation and process automation
• You facilitate workshops, present results to management, and ensure sustainable project success

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification with a focus on project management
• Several years of experience in IT project management (ideally with certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, IAPM)
• Deep process understanding in logistics and an end-to-end mindset
• Hands-on experience with ERP and logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, WMS, TMS)
• Proficiency in traditional and agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Willingness to travel
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
