About the role
- Senior IT Asset Manager overseeing IT asset lifecycle management at Luminor, a leading bank in the Baltics. Developing strategies for managing hardware, software, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT asset management strategies and policies.
- Lead the design and management of IT Asset Management process.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets (from procurement to disposal).
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements (DORA).
- Support Procurement in Software Asset agreement negotiations.
- Consult and support teams on IT Asset Management topics.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports on asset utilization and performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Build and keep competences needed to perform daily tasks according to highest standards.
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Take part in identifying and managing any relevant risk towards Luminor.
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
- Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, software licensing (with focus on Microsoft licensing)
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing an Asset Management practice
- Experience with ITAM tools
- Experience with data and analysis tools
- Third-party management experience
- Previous work experience in mid to large scale organization
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
- Nice to have: ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification and Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
