About the role
- Set up, develop and grow the entire e-commerce business for LEAP Commerce (brand key account in-charge)
- Drive brand performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage brand stores
- Responsible for brand P&L, budgeting, negotiating and implementing marketing campaigns on marketplaces
- Work closely with warehouse, finance, marketing, data science and external teams to optimize store operations and business efficiency
- Build optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy for the brand
- Prepare data reporting and presentations for key brand stakeholders
- Demand planning and forecasting using tools and data analytics
- Build and maintain relationships with brand principals, brand management teams and marketplaces
- Analyse data and trends to identify ways to maximize revenue and margins
- Develop processes and tools to improve scalability across markets
- Train and develop other e-commerce team members across markets
- Perform any other tasks as required by the business, company and brand
Requirements
- eCommerce/retail experience (minimum 4 years)
- Experience managing TikTok (plus)
- Operations experience
- Project management skills
- Client management skills
- Digital/social marketing experience (bonus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and intense environment
