Responsibilities
You are responsible for the strategy, execution and optimization of all paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, Display, other networks, etc.)
You manage a six‑figure monthly paid‑media budget with a focus on efficiency, scalability and sustainable ROAS growth.
You create, analyze and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and other networks.
You coordinate agencies and freelancers and develop a scalable performance‑marketing infrastructure.
You conduct systematic A/B tests, perform in‑depth data analysis and derive actions to optimize ROAS.
You identify new performance‑marketing channels and scale successful approaches with innovative ideas.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, other networks)
Proven experience managing and efficiently scaling large budgets
Highly data‑driven and passionate about data‑based optimization
Independent, proactive and organized
Nice to have: experience with attribution models, media mix modeling or marketing automation.
