Catalog Management (SKUs): Ensure accurate creation, maintenance, and enrichment of the full product catalog (titles, descriptions, images, and specifications) in the ERP (Bling) and on the e-commerce platform (Shopify).
Pricing and Inventory: Monitor synchronization of prices and stock between the ERP/BI and sales channels, quickly addressing discrepancies (including in hubs such as Anymarket).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor and analyze sales funnels, abandoned carts, and checkout processes, proposing and implementing A/B tests to optimize conversion rates.
Operational Support: Serve as the focal point for operational questions related to orders, billing, and returns, ensuring a smooth sales flow.
Improvement Projects: Actively participate in the development and rollout of new features and system integrations for the e-commerce platform.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or Mid-level E-commerce Assistant.
Advanced proficiency with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify).
Solid knowledge of ERPs and integration hubs (Bling and Anymarket are a plus).
Hands-on experience creating and analyzing reports in Google Analytics (GA4).
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
