About the role

  • Own the full post-sales customer journey across European and Australian markets (Professional Services, Managed Services, Customer Success)
  • Define and execute the regional services strategy to deliver world-class customer experiences with measurable business impact
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing multi-country team across Professional Services, Managed Services, and Customer Success
  • Manage the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue growth, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement
  • Expand and optimize Managed Services offerings to deliver recurring value and annuity revenue streams
  • Ensure implementation excellence, delivery quality, and scalable methodologies across markets and customer segments
  • Collaborate with global product, sales, and finance leaders to align services strategy with corporate objectives
  • Partner with system integrators and channel alliances to expand delivery capacity and co-sell implementation packages
  • Drive operational excellence through playbooks, metrics, and platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B software (preferably SaaS) leading Professional Services, Customer Success, and/or Managed Services organizations
  • Strong domain expertise supporting the Office of the CFO (expense management, travel technologies, payments)
  • Demonstrated success scaling services and success motions across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and margin optimization
  • Proven ability to collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to deliver services and drive joint growth opportunities
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global, matrixed environment
