About the role

  • Production management
  • Define and manage the industrial strategy in collaboration with senior management
  • Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team (metal fabrication/boilermaking, assembly, methods/process engineering, planning)
  • Ensure overall workshop performance: safety, quality, cost, delivery times, productivity
  • Organize, plan and synchronize flows between the three workshops to avoid shortages, missing parts, and optimize production sequencing
  • Oversee the ramp-up of production in a high-growth context
  • Oversee planning and scheduling, in coordination with Supply Chain, to ensure component availability and prevent stock-outs
  • Optimize internal logistics flows in collaboration with all operational teams
  • Implement a more robust and standardized industrial organization (processes, tools, reporting, routines)
  • Digitize and stabilize internal tools and processes (ERP - SAP, MES, performance indicators)
  • Support skills development across teams and establish a culture of operational excellence
  • Develop a continuous improvement approach (Lean, 5S, Kanban, SMED, etc.)

Requirements

  • General engineering degree with proven hands-on industrial experience
  • Proven experience leading change: industrial transformation
  • Broad organizational perspective
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (production, methods/process engineering, supply chain)
  • Proficiency in English (international group environment)
  • Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), as well as planning and production processes
  • Hands-on approach and responsiveness – result-oriented
