About the role
- Production management
- Define and manage the industrial strategy in collaboration with senior management
- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team (metal fabrication/boilermaking, assembly, methods/process engineering, planning)
- Ensure overall workshop performance: safety, quality, cost, delivery times, productivity
- Organize, plan and synchronize flows between the three workshops to avoid shortages, missing parts, and optimize production sequencing
- Oversee the ramp-up of production in a high-growth context
- Oversee planning and scheduling, in coordination with Supply Chain, to ensure component availability and prevent stock-outs
- Optimize internal logistics flows in collaboration with all operational teams
- Implement a more robust and standardized industrial organization (processes, tools, reporting, routines)
- Digitize and stabilize internal tools and processes (ERP - SAP, MES, performance indicators)
- Support skills development across teams and establish a culture of operational excellence
- Develop a continuous improvement approach (Lean, 5S, Kanban, SMED, etc.)
Requirements
- General engineering degree with proven hands-on industrial experience
- Proven experience leading change: industrial transformation
- Broad organizational perspective
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (production, methods/process engineering, supply chain)
- Proficiency in English (international group environment)
- Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), as well as planning and production processes
- Hands-on approach and responsiveness – result-oriented
