Requirements
Master’s or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting company
Must have experience in successfully managing client relationships and deliverables in Financial Services domain
Proven track record of selling, securing, and delivering complex technology projects
Experience managing large teams in a global delivery model
Strong understanding of the technology requirements and how to modernize
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in developing, mentoring, and managing teams
