About the role

  • Advise the squad on the optimal media mix—from social to radio, podcasts to print
  • Transform ideas into cross-channel media strategies that drive reach, engagement, and leads
  • Conduct detailed campaign analyses and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media publishers, platforms, and research partners
  • Stay on top of marketing trends and turn them into innovative opportunities for LYNX
  • Lead and coordinate multi-channel campaigns including paid social, display, search, native, and content marketing
  • Drive traffic and improve conversion rates from top-of-funnel audiences
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar—planning, aligning, and delivering campaign activities across teams
  • Collaborate with the Creative Brand Specialist and Online Marketeers to ensure seamless execution and consistent customer journeys
  • Actively contribute to squad rituals, backlog refinement, and overall strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a media agency, publisher, platform, or digital marketing team in tech or finance
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and demand generation, particularly targeting unaware or hard-to-reach audiences
  • Strong understanding of the online and offline media and marcom landscape
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign & analytics tools
  • Experience with international campaigns or eagerness to grow in this area
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Strong business sense and the ability to identify underlying needs in stakeholder requests
  • Creative mindset that looks beyond traditional media silos
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in agile, cross-functional squads
