About the role

  • Manage the performance management cycle, from planning to results analysis and proposing actions to optimize the process.
  • Design and implement the annual development journey for mid-level leaders, aligned with organizational strategy and culture.
  • Plan and execute talent development initiatives such as coaching, mentoring, international immersions, with a focus on career acceleration and retention.
  • Lead the internship program and manage the development pathway for the organization’s young apprentices.
  • Serve as the focal point for relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting active listening and strategic alignment.
  • Prepare executive reports with data analyses and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Monitor organizational development metrics and propose continuous improvements and automation, with a focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
  • Facilitate internal technical training agendas, workshops, training sessions and internal communication initiatives aimed at human and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in organizational development, especially in performance management and leadership development.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and generating strategic insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Ownership, autonomy and systems thinking.
  • Knowledge of leadership development methodologies, competency-based management and organizational culture.
  • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to enhance and automate processes and internal metrics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • Advanced or fluent English is a plus.
