About the role

  • Senior Customer Success Manager responsible for client care and development at GUURU. Collaborating with various teams to support client onboarding and product integration.

Responsibilities

  • Support and develop existing customers so they become and remain long-term clients and fully leverage the benefits of GUURU for their business.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding Team and the responsible Sales Account Executive.
  • Pilot and roll out new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in cooperation with our Product Team.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational stakeholders on the client side.
  • Conduct business reviews with customer decision-makers together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO.
  • Provide regular revenue forecasts per customer.
  • Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development.
  • Actively exchange knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management.
  • Experience at a SaaS company is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and common computer software.
  • University degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native German and fluent English are required; additional languages are a plus.
