Senior Customer Success Manager responsible for client care and development at GUURU. Collaborating with various teams to support client onboarding and product integration.
Responsibilities
Support and develop existing customers so they become and remain long-term clients and fully leverage the benefits of GUURU for their business.
Ensure successful onboarding of new customers in collaboration with our Onboarding Team and the responsible Sales Account Executive.
Pilot and roll out new GUURU products and solutions with existing customers in cooperation with our Product Team.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with operational stakeholders on the client side.
Conduct business reviews with customer decision-makers together with our Head of Customer Success and/or CEO.
Provide regular revenue forecasts per customer.
Prepare and prioritize customer insights for product development.
Actively exchange knowledge and collaborate with all teams at GUURU.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management.
Experience at a SaaS company is a plus.
Comfortable working with numbers and common computer software.
University degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Native German and fluent English are required; additional languages are a plus.
