About the role

  • Own technical storytelling: create whitepapers, explainers, product collateral, integration guides, and case studies
  • Sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure launches and roadmap updates have content
  • Translate product and engineering knowledge into narratives for CFOs, procurement leaders, and IT stakeholders
  • Provide collateral to AEs and AMs to win deals and accelerate pipeline
  • Measure content impact on pipeline and revenue; build dashboards and track performance
  • Scale content function: set processes, playbooks, and standards to build category-defining brand
  • Master the Omnea platform and work closely with engineers and product managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating technical content such as whitepapers, product explainers, and customer case studies
  • Strong writing, editing, and polishing skills; hands-on contributor
  • Technical literacy to understand product workflows and integrate with engineers/product managers
  • Commercial mindset: able to translate technical detail for CFOs and procurement leaders
  • Outcome-driven; measure work by pipeline and revenue impact
  • Comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Willing to work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at Victoria Station London office
  • Must be open to permanent employment (not contractor)
