About the role

  • Serve as interface with clients, agencies and partners, including participation in briefing meetings and alignment of communication strategies (including preparation of meeting minutes);
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical communication plans for corporate areas (Business, Marketing, Sustainability and Innovation);
  • Implement communication calendar (campaigns and releases);
  • Prepare executives and support interviews and stakeholder meetings (including production of media briefings and conducting warm-ups);
  • Map and actively engage with media lists of opinion leaders (press, influencers, partners, communities, etc.);
  • Track storylines and identify opportunities to position the company;
  • Produce high-level content (press releases, statements, media pitches, articles, toolkits, fact sheets, key messages, Q&As);
  • Produce a monthly calendar and content to position executives on LinkedIn;
  • Oversee community management for posts published by executives on LinkedIn;
  • Provide on-site support for company events and activities;
  • Manage sensitive issues and crises (monitoring, drafting positions, recommendations, press engagement);
  • Develop risk matrices and Q&As for projects and initiatives;
  • Manage vendors (press kits, branded content, etc.);
  • Review deliverables and support cross-functional areas (reports, clippings, risk analyses, insights, press kit production, media lists, etc.);
  • Produce an insights newsletter for the category and its brands.

Requirements

  • Degree in Public Relations or Journalism
  • Experience with corporate and consumer clients, especially in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector
  • Experience planning and executing corporate and brand communication strategies
  • Knowledge of and relationships with media/contact lists in business/corporate, sustainability, innovation, advertising & marketing, consumer and F&B
  • Excellent writing skills and strong analytical ability
  • Experience in crisis management
  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Interest in and knowledge of influencers and social media trends, as well as changes and updates to press formats.
