About the role

  • Oversee the daily operational activities for regional EMEA clients.
  • Manage smooth client onboarding in line with agreed implementation timelines.
  • Support regular billing processes and resolve disputes or complaints effectively.
  • Produce and distribute account information, management reports, and analytics.
  • Build strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when required.
  • Coordinate with Commercial teams on new client handovers and contract finalisation.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the operational, financial, and contractual aspects of your accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing account management or service delivery role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
  • Excellent numeracy and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency required).
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
