About the role

  • Manage key channel partners and the leads they bring to the business
  • Inbound and outbound lead management and qualification
  • Work with marketing to design, build, and run outbound campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales teams to funnel partner leads into key sales accounts
  • Become an expert in FISPAN’s products, Partner ERPs, features, and service flows
  • Stay informed on banking trends, ERP platform services, and competitive landscape
  • Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with new consulting partners
  • Develop and execute partnership go-to-market (GTM) plans
  • Drive revenue through lead generation and accountable funnel management
  • Daily metric tracking and data-informed decisioning
  • Identify, build, and nurture multi-stakeholder relationships within consulting firms and partners
  • Educate consulting partners on FISPAN offerings and articulate value propositions
  • Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Partnership Management
  • Network within the Consultant ecosystem and act as the voice of the Consultant
  • Contribute to planning and potentially lead partner events
  • Qualify business leads from consultants and create a pipeline of qualified leads for bank partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience in SaaS or technical sales, Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership management or Channel Partnerships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated curiosity about B2B banking, ERPs, accounting software, and enterprise selling
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate FISPAN value proposition to business clients and consultant partners
  • Listens with intention and consultative selling skills
  • Curious and skilled at asking discovery questions to identify pain points
  • Dedication to tracking and follow through; daily funnel management
  • Analytical and critical thinker who uses data to inform decisions
  • Bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Relationship builder with experience engaging multiple stakeholders within consulting firms
  • Previous experience with ERP products and accounting practices preferred
  • Proven track record as a top performer
  • Prior experience partnering with technical consultants, accountants, CFOs in consulting, sales or partnership capacity preferred
  • Ability to travel to support revenue-generating activities across partners and events
