About the role
- Data Analyst transforming data into insights for decision-making at Bellinati Perez. Involves dashboard optimization and data integration for Telecom/TEM projects.
Responsibilities
- Transform large volumes of data into insights to support strategic decisions;
- Review and optimize existing dashboards, ensuring data reliability and consistency;
- Create new metrics and automated dashboards, with a focus on performance, costs and incident prevention in Telecom/TEM;
- Monitor voice, data and dialer KPIs, identifying anomalies and improvement opportunities;
- Perform data extraction, ETL and data modeling (SQL/Python/R), ensuring dashboards are up to date;
- Automate data routines and perform integrations with partner systems;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Translate internal users' and vendors' needs into clear analytical and visual solutions;
- Propose process improvements and present analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields;
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar), creating interactive and automated dashboards;
- Experience across the full data lifecycle: extraction, ETL, modeling, analysis and presenting results;
- Advanced SQL (extraction, modeling and query optimization);
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Experience with data integration and handling large volumes of data;
- Autonomous and critical thinker, committed and with good interpersonal skills.
