About the role

  • Transform large volumes of data into insights to support strategic decisions;
  • Review and optimize existing dashboards, ensuring data reliability and consistency;
  • Create new metrics and automated dashboards, with a focus on performance, costs and incident prevention in Telecom/TEM;
  • Monitor voice, data and dialer KPIs, identifying anomalies and improvement opportunities;
  • Perform data extraction, ETL and data modeling (SQL/Python/R), ensuring dashboards are up to date;
  • Automate data routines and perform integrations with partner systems;
  • Support internal and external audits;
  • Translate internal users' and vendors' needs into clear analytical and visual solutions;
  • Propose process improvements and present analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields;
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar), creating interactive and automated dashboards;
  • Experience across the full data lifecycle: extraction, ETL, modeling, analysis and presenting results;
  • Advanced SQL (extraction, modeling and query optimization);
  • Advanced analytical skills;
  • Experience with data integration and handling large volumes of data;
  • Autonomous and critical thinker, committed and with good interpersonal skills.
