Responsibilities
- Data Transformation: Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis and AI model readiness
- Advanced Analytics & AI Integration: Apply statistical techniques and leverage tools like Excel, SQL, and/or Python to uncover trends, patterns, and predictive insights
- Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
- Data Governance & Quality: Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain high-quality datasets for mission-critical applications
Requirements
- An active TOP SECRET clearance or higher is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Math, or related discipline
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
- Technical: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data pipelines preferred
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and apply statistical methods to solve business problems
- Communication: Skilled at translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Business Acumen: Understanding organizational goals and how data analytics support strategic initiatives
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote is required
