Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation (light to intermediate complexity).
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
- Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Databricks, Azure) is an asset.
- Understanding of operational metrics related to productivity and workforce management.
